2. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address is given above.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

3. Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this website and in the app in accordance with general laws under §7 (1) TMG. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as a service provider we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement of the law. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the relevant content immediately.

4. Liability for Links

Our service may contain links to external websites of third parties whose content we have no influence over. Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognisable at the time of linking. A permanent control of the content of the linked pages is, however, not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
